1 lb scallops (cut)
1 lb shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
1 cup butter
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated cheese
mushrooms (sliced)
garlic (minced)
parsley
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs and cheese - set aside. In pie pan, melt butter in 350º oven, add mushrooms, garlic and parsley. Bake 5 minutes, add scallops and lemon juice. Bake 5 minutes, turn scallops and add wine. Bake 5 minutes, add shrimp and bake until tender.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese, bake 5 minutes.

Serve over rice.
