Ingredients:  
1 ½ c water
1 pkg yeast
1/3 c shortening
1 egg
¼ c sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingred & 2 c flour; beat til smooth. Stir in remaining 2 c flour. Raise ½ hour. Roll and cut or drop by spoon. Raise 2nd time til dough doubles:

Cinnamon: after 1st raising roll and add butter, sugar, cinnamon. Raise 2nd time. Bake 400 for 20 min
