3/4 cup margarine (3 Sticks) I use 1 stick butter 2 sticks margarine.
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla
4 cups flour (use less 1/3 cup and sub. for Cocoa for Chocolate , Chocolate Chip Cookies)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
24 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips or M&M's
Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Mix together flour, soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture in two parts mixing well after each addition. Add chocolate chips, mix well.
Drop by large tsp. full onto a ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes on 350. Cool for 1-2 minutes on pans then move to cooling racks.
