1 ½ cup sugar
½ cup margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3 large bananas, ripe
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups all purpose flour

Frosting:
¼ cup margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbls sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together sugar and margarine. Add eggs and sour cream. Mix well. Add bananas and vanilla. Mix well (make sure bananas are in small pieces). Mix in dry ingredients. Spread dough in 9x13 greased and floured pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes

Melt margarine over low heat, stirring constantly until lightly brown and bubbly. Remove from heat. Beat in powdered sugar and sour cream until no lumps. Spread on cake when cool
