2 tubes of Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
2-8oz cream cheese packages (soft)
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Take one tube of cookie dough and press in bottom of 8 ½ x 11 pan. Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar until well blended and then pour into pan on top of crust. Take the other tube of cookie dough and crumble over cream cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

This is one of those “semi-homemade” ones (for those of us with no real time to cook from scratch much anymore) that made it to another potluck here at work. I will also throw it together for others to bring to their work.
