2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen, chopped spinach (thawed & squeezed dry)
1 can (13-3/4 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
½ cup heavy cream
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp of salt
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1/8 tsp coarse black pepper
1 cup whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream, salt, pepper and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Put in 1-1/2 qt casserole or 8x8 inch pan. In small bowl, mix cream cheese at medium speed until fluffy, occasionally scraping bowl. Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add milk, mixing just until well blended. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over spinach mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges bubble and top is golden.

This recipe is one that I bring in to work for pot lucks and am asked for the recipe each time I do. It is an hors’ d’rves recipe that I serve with bread, but the feeling is that with a warm loaf of baguette it is almost a main dish.
