3 lbs. chicken breast, boneless & skinless, cooked & cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 bag crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
1 bag uncrushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 inch pan. Place chicken in an even layer in bottom of pan. Mix soups, milk, Rotel and onion until well blended; pour over chicken. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with cheese and crushed Doritos. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit 10 minutes. Serve with additional Doritos chips.
