1 bag Hershey Peanut Butter Kisses
1 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. semi-sweet mini chips
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Remove wrappers from kisses. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add flour to butter mixture. Blend until smooth. Stir in mini chips. Mold one tablespoon of mixture around each kiss. Cover completely and shape into balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10-12 minutes. Melt 1/4 cup mini chips and 1 teaspoon shortening in a small bowl in microwave on high for 30 seconds; drizzle over cooled cookies.

Miniature peanut butter cups can be substituted for peanut butter kisses. This recipe is a great alternative for those with egg allergies because it does not have any egg product in it.
