Box Jambalaya mix
1 lb. chicken breast
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 can chicken broth
1 c. white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and shrimp, allow to cool. Peel shrimp and chop chicken, sausage and shrimp into bite size pieces. Prepare Jambalaya mix according to directions except for adding the can of chicken broth to the water and adding additional white rice. Add the chopped meat once the rice is tender and cook an additional 10 minutes until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
