50 caramels (14 oz. bag)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. flour
2 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, melted
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt caramels in milk; cool slightly. Combine remaining ingredients, except chips and nuts, in a large bowl. Press 1/2 of crumbs into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Spread caramel mixture carefully over top of chocolate chips and nuts. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Chill for 2 hours.
