1 lime
125 ml granulated sugar ( to coat rims)
1 pkg. (85gm) lime jelly powder
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup orange liqueur
2 oranges peeled and diced
1 cup strawberries hulled and diced.

Topping:
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. icing sugar
1 tsp. orange liqueur
6 fresh mint sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Coat rims of 6 glasses with sugar and lime.
Stir jelly powder and boiling water till jelly dissolves. Stir in cold water, tequila, orange liqueur and remainder of lime juice set aside till room temperature.
Mix oranges and strawberries and spoon into prepared glasses.
Pour jelly mixture carefully over the fruit in the glasses and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Garnish with topping and mint leaves.
