6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
2 lg. Gravenstien or Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Melt butter over medium high heat in a large fry pan with oven-proof handle. Add cinnamon and sugar and stir in. Add apples; cook and stir about 5 minutes. Place pan, uncovered, in a 425 degree oven about 5 minutes. Whisk eggs together. Blend in flour and then milk. Pour batter evenly over apples in pan. Bake, uncovered, until pancake is puffy and golden, about 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
