bread dough,
2-3 cups of oil,
jelly,
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
in a large pot heat oil, test by dropping a little piece of dough.if it bubbles its ready. take a piece of dough and work until it is spread out thin, then make a hole in the middle of it.
drop in hot oil and broil until golden brown. drain on a plate with paper towels.
either sprinkle sugar over them or dip in jelly.

serve with either jelly or sugar.
