Personal Notes:
This is Alexandria's favorite. My friend, Nancy Wallace brought this dish to me after Nick was born. Knowing that I was new to Athens and did not have any family here, Nancy organized a group of her Baptist church friends to bring us meals every night for three weeks...and I'm a Methodist. This goes great with store bought broccoli rice casserole and a big salad. Enjoy...we love you!!!!
