Two large heads of broccoli
1 1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. of sunflower seeds(roasted or raw)
1 tbsp of chopped red onion
1/4 c. of cooked bacon crumbled

Cut broccoli into small bite size pieces. Mix your sauce, starting with your mayo then sugar and add red wine vinegar. Do this to taste, some like it sweeter or tangier. You may substitute lite mayo and half the amount of splenda. Add your sauce to your broccoli and then add all other ingredients except bacon. Let sit for a few minutes. Add bacon at serving time.
