3/4 CUPS QUAKER OATS
3/4 CHOPPED ONIONS
1 CUP TOMATO SAUCE
1 EGG
SALT & PEPPER

IN A BOWL, COMBINE GROUND BEEF, OATS, ONIONS, TOMATO SAUCE. ADD 1 EGG BEATEN. MOLD IN A LOAF PAN. BAKE IN 350º OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.
