Sliced round steak
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 C sliced mushrooms
1/2 C chopped onions
1/2 tsp garlic
1 can beef consomme
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 C sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Shake steak in flour and salt mixture. Melt 2Tbsp butter in a fry pan and brown meat. Add mushrooms and chopped onions. Saute. Remove from pan and add garlic, 2 Tbsp butter, 3 Tbsp flour, ketchup, and beef consommé. Add meat and simmer. Before serving add sour cream and serve over a bed of cooked broad noodles.
