1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Beat eggs, add sugar, and beat. Beat milk into sugar/egg mixture and add vanilla. Spray individual custard cups with Pam and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; then bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. (This can also be poured into an unbaked pie crust.)

Mother always baked this in the crust when Bob was coming home, and she always baked it in the individual custard cups for the great grandchildren.
