12 fresh jalapeno peppers
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. packaged bacon slices

Directions:

Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together.
Par cook bacon until halfway done. Cool bacon.
CAREFUL handling jalapeno peppers - keep your hands away from face and eyes!
Cut stems off peppers and cut them in half longways.
Remove seeds from peppers. Fill each pepper with cream cheese mix. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each pepper half.
Place on baking sheet in 450º oven for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked.
Serve when cool.
