1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup oatmeal, rolled
1 cup corn flakes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients; form into balls. Place on an un-greased cookies sheet. Using a fork dipped in water, flatten balls. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 12 minutes.

Mrs. Eunice Moore was a special lady. She taught at the junior high with "B" & played piano for the Kildare church most of her life. Molly Kate, I know you remember wearing Mrs. Moore's dress in the "Old Woman Dance" for your dance recital!
