Hot Crab Dip, see appetizer section
4-6 thinly sliced chicken breasts
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, sliced
Old Bay seasoning

Directions:
Begin by preparing recipe for Hot Crab Dip in the appetizer section of this cookbook. Lightly season each chicken breast with Old Bay seasoning. Grill or pan cook chicken until done. Transfer chicken to a Pyrex dish. Place 2-3 slices of cheese on top of each chicken breast. Top with a heaping spoonful of Hot Crab Dip. Place in 400ºF oven for 5 minutes until bubbly.
