1 c. sugar
1 c. water
Dash salt
2 T. white corn syrup
3 T. cornstarch
3 tsp. strawberry jello powder
Red food coloring
Fresh strawberries
Premade piecrust, cooked
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients, boil until thick and clear. Remove from heat, add jello powder plus 3 drops food coloring. Cool mixture. Add enough fresh strawberries to mixture to fill a pie crust. Pour into pie crust. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
