4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups cauliflower florets
good olive oil
4 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place broccoli and cauliflower on a sheet pan in a single layer. Toss the garlic on the broccoli/cauliflower and drizzle with 4-5 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, until crisp-tender and the tips of some of the florets are browned. Remove from oven, and immediately toss with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice and Parmesan. Serve hot.
