Salad:
1 lg. cucumber, chopped
2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
1 (5-oz.) jar pitted Kalamata olives
1 (4-oz.) pkg. Feta cheese, crumbled
1 red onion, halved & thinly sliced
1/2 (10-oz.) pkg. Romaine lettuce
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. baby greens
Vinaigrette Dressing:
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Add cucumber, tomato, olives, cheese, onion, lettuce and greens to large serving bowl. For dressing: in a small bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, mustard, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar. Toss salad with dressing just before serving.
