Pizza Crust:
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Pepperoni Pizza:
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz. pepperoni
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

For the pizza crust, combine yeast, 1 c. flour and salt. Add warm water and oil. Beat on low mixer speed for 30 seconds. Beat 3 minutes on high. Stir in rest of flour. Knead 8-10 minutes. Cover; let rise to double size. Punch down, cover and chill for 2 hours. Make into two 12 inch crusts. Brush with 1 Tbsp. oil. For the pepperoni pizza, mix together tomato sauce, onion, oregano, and garlic; cover the top of the crusts. Add meat and cheese. Bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes.
