1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
water (enough to make batter of a consistency to coat veggies but not too thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat deep fryer to 375º. Coat vegetables, drop into fryer and cook until lightly browned and floating. Use batter for onion rings, mushrooms, green pepper strips, cauliflower and broccoli.
