1 pound ground beef
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/3 cups chopped celery
2 medium potatoes, peeled
14.5 ounce can tomato wedges (undrained)
10 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 beef bouillon cubes
4 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and sprinkle with salt while browning. Stir in onion, celery, potatoes, tomatoes, mixed vegetables, basil, bay leaf, pepper, bouillon and hot water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer covered until vegetables are crisp-tender (about 30 minutes).
