2/3 c. corn meal
1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. wieners

Oil (for frying)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add egg, oil and milk. Mix well. Insert wooden skewers lengthwise into wieners. Coat wieners with flour, then dip into batter, coating well. Fry in deep, hot oil (375º) for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
