1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
1 1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
4 Pounds Round Steak
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except steak into a saucepan; bring to a boil. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes over low heat. Keep sauce hot. Cut round steak into bite-sized strips (similar to stir fry meat). Place pieces in a large roasting pan. Pour hot sauce over meat. Cover tightly and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

I have used chuck steak and sirloin steak instead of round steak, and it is much more tender than round steak, however it is more expensive.
