4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 tsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat; pour in egg mixture. Cook over medium heat without stirring until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edge.
Using spatula, lift and fold the partially cooked eggs so the uncooked portion flows underneath. Continue cooking over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are cooked through but are still glossy and moist. Remove from heat immediately.
