8-10 cooked beets diced
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup water
dash of pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients except butter until thick.
Pour over sliced beets and bake in oven for 30 minutes
Remove and add butter
