1 Lemon (remove seeds and rind) 1/8 Rind
1/2 Cup Water 1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs 2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 Cup Margarine (softened) 1 Deep Dish Frozen Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender add lemon (remove seeds) cut into cubes,1/8 rind, and water.Blend for 1 minute. Add sugar, eggs, flour and margarine. Blend thoroughly and pour into an unbaked deep dish pie shell. Bake at 325º for 35 minutes. Serve at room temperature with ice cream or whipped cream (or
