Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pie crust (preferably Pillsbury)
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. cocoa (preferably Hersheys)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract (real vanilla extract-not imitation)
1 stick salted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll the pie crust and put it into a 9" glass pie plate (not deep dish).

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients (sugar, cocoa, flour) in a bowl. Melt butter in microwave, but don't get it too hot - just to where it is melted liquid. Pour melted butter into beaten eggs while stirring the mixture so that the hot butter won't cook the beaten eggs. Pour the butter and egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir well until it is well mixed. Add the vanilla and stir well. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. The pie is done when the middle is not "liquidy" any more or doesn't "jiggle".
