5 slices bread (dry or toast) torn into bite size pieces
1/2 C raisins
2 eggs
2 C milk
1/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp butter-melted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs-stir in milk, vanilla, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Fold bread into mixture. Add raisins and put in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. When knife inserted in center comes out clean pudding is done.
