2 c flour
4 T sugar
1 tps baking soda
1 tps cream of tarter
1/2 tsp salt
1 T vinegar in 3/4 c milk ( or buttermilk)
1 stick margrin
3/4 c cran raisin

Directions:

work with hand until crumb like.
Add milk and toss lightly
Put on baking sheet by 1/2 c size.
Makes 6
Bake at 400 `15 minutes.
