1-1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 T. Minced Garlic
2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 lb. of Boneless Skinless Chicken
3 Medium Zucchini
1 Medium Red Onion
6 Cups Romaine Lettuce
1-1/4 C. Fresco Cheese
1 Cup Riped Olives
1 T. Toasted Sunflower Seeds
1 Tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
1-1/2 Cans Fat-Free Chicken Stock

In a Lg. Bowl, add your Chicken, and wash your Chicken under Cold Water, you want to make sure you get all that slime off your chicken, so that when you go to boil it in your Chicken Stock, that you don't have all that extra fat that's on the Chicken.
In a Lg to Medium Soup pot rinse out your pot under water, and wipe clean. then add your Chicken stock, and your Chicken, and your Garlic. on the Stove Medium flame.Boil for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until Chicken is done. When done, strain in a strainer, and start Shredding your chicken.
