makes 4 pie crusts
4 c flour
2 c lard (or 1/2 shortening 1/2 lard )
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend lard and flour until crumb like. Mix egg in a 1 cup measuring cup. Add vinegar and fill to 1 cup line with water. Mix into flour mixture. Roll out crusts. Can be frozen
