6 ripe bananas - mashed
1 21 oz can crushed pineapple - undrained
2 30 oz cans apricots - undrained and cut into pieces
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups sugar
12 oz can frozen orange juice, thawed
12 oz can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Divide into thirds and put in blender. Set blender at high speed and mix until blended. Fill muffin tins with cupcake liners. Pour mixture into liners.
Let set in freezer several hours or overnight until firm.
Store in plastic bags in the freezer.
