1/2 c ginger snap crumbs
2 c canned apple sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 T worchester sauce
1/2 t chili powder
1/4 c salad oil (olive oil)
1 c water
several dashes tabasco
*salt
*cloves
4 lb bologna (chunk)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cook and stir over heat 10-15 min. Remove casing from bologna. Score like ham. Insert cloves if desired. Place over hot coals or grill (med. heat) for 10 min. then brush with sauce. Continue roasting and basting with sauce for 25 min. or until crisp and brown. Slice and serve on bread or buns. Serve remaining sauce with meat.
