1kg wholemeal flour
1cup oats
1cup coconut
3 weetabix
1cup sugar
375g chopped dried apricots
2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Cream of Tartar
2Teaspoons Bi-carbonate soda
500g butter
2 cartons buttermilk and I think they are about 275ml each

Directions:
Directions:
melt butter and add buttermilk
mix all dry ingredients in bowl and then add butter and mix well
place in baking trays about half inch thick and cut into size that you want
Bake at 180C for 25 minutes
Take out of oven and separate the rusks
Return to oven and bake further 5 hours at 100C
