Personal Notes:
Joy commented in one of her recipes about our love of the "Among Friends" series of cookbooks by Roxie Kelley and illustrated by Shelly Reeves Smith. This is another Roxie Kelley recipe from her "Keeping Good Company" cookbook. The illustration that Shelly did for this recipe is a charm bracelet filled with hearts framing the recipe on the page. Roxie calls this recipe "This Could be Love"--but I took the liberty of changing the name in honor of this special occasion!
