12 partially frozen blintzes
1/4 lb. Butter
1 1/2 C. Sour Cream
4 Eggs
2 TSR. pure Vanilla extract
1/4 TSR. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Melt butter in 9 X 13 X 2 casserole baking dish
Place blintzes in casserole
Beat eggs, vanilla, salt, sugar and orange juice together.
Mix sour cream into egg mixture until well blended.
Pour egg/sour cream mix over blintzes.

Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
