Chicken Strips Recipe

2 T. Olive Oil
2 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/2 inch wide strips
2 cloves garlic 6 green onions chopped
2T. Lemon Juice


Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large frying pan.
Add Olive oil, chicken strips, garlic and green onions.
Saute over high heat until chicken is lightly browned and tender.
Add lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Do not over heat.

Personal Notes:
After the chicken is cooked, I remove it from the pan and put the lemon juice along with 4 T of red or white wine in the pan and let it reduce for a minute or so. I then add the chicken back to the pan and stir.

This is a wonderful , fast and simple dish. Add a fresh green salad and dinner is ready!
