2 1/4 c brown sugar
1 c butter
1 c light corn syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 lb whole pecans
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c milk chocolate chips
2 T shortening
Directions:
Directions:
In lg saucepan, combine sugar, butter syrup and salt. Cook over med. heat until sugar is dissolved. Gradually add milk and mix well. Cook until candy thermometer reads 248º. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Fold in pecans. Drop by T onto greased cookie sheet. Chill until firm. Loosen from sheet. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in microwave and drizzle over each cluster.
