1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. picante sauce
1 pkg. large flour tortillas
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. picante sauce
1 pkg. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onions and drain fat. Add 1/2 c. picante sauce. Spoon about 2 tablespoons hamburger on a tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 pan. Combine Velveeta, soup and 1/4 c. picante sauce. Heat until cheese is melted. Stir well and pour over the enchiladas. Bake uncovered at 350º for about 30 minutes, just until heated through. Serve with shredded lettuce.
