1 1/2 tsp butter
4 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped pimentos
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1-2 tubes pop open fridge biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Heat butter in a small skillet, add chicken, soup,
sour cream, milk and pimentos. Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13
greased casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle baked layer
with 3/4 c. cheese. Place the biscuits on top. Bake until biscuits are
brown, approximately 20 minutes. Sprinkle reminder of cheese on
biscuits. Let sit for 3 minutes and let cheese melt.
