1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can Classic Stagg chili with beans
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can pork-n-beans
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
11.5 oz V8 juice
1 lg. red potato, cubed
1/2 c. salsa
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Brown and drain sausage, beef, and onion. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low 1-3 hours. Freezes well. *This recipe came with the following instruction: Don't skip the chocolate chips!
