1 (4 lb.) boneless port loin roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. apple jelly
1 c. ketchup
2 T. vinegar
2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Roll and tie roast. In small bowl combine salt, garlic salt and chili powder. Rub on roast. Place roast, fat side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast 2 hours in 325ºF oven or until meat thermometer reads 185ºF. In medium saucepan, combine apple jelly, ketchup, vinegar and chili powder and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 2 minutes. Set aside. About 15 minutes before roast is done, brush with some sauce. When roast is done, remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before carving. Mix 1/2 c. pan drippings with remaining sauce. Reheat sauce and serve with roast.
