29 oz. can pumpkin
5 oz. can evaporated milk
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. ginger
1½ cups sugar
4 eggs
Topping:
1 box butter yellow cake mix
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup butter, melted
Whipped cream, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, spices, sugar and eggs together. Pour in a 9x13 pan. Top with (in this order), cake mix, pecan pieces, then melted butter. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. (For Pyrex bake at 325º) Add a dollop of whipped cream when serving if desired.
