5 chicken breasts or pieces, or one whole chicken
(cooked and peeled off the bone)
1 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dill weed
1-2 cups frozen green beans
1-2 cups grated or frozen carrots, or any vegetable you
prefer.
2- cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in large pot with water, onion and garlic
till no longer pink. Remove chicken. Remove from
bones and save chicken broth. Place chicken broth,
chicken and all ingredients, except cooked rice, in a
large crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours. Add cooked
rice to soup and cook for 2 hours on high.
